Now, as we meticulously plan what we believe to be the ultimate route through this captivating country, you’ll encounter the enchanting blue city of Chefchaouen, traverse the ancient alleyways of Fez, and gaze at the breathtaking expanse of the Sahara’s darkness. Upon your return, you’ll be greeted by the mesmerizing snake charmers that adorn Jemaa el Fna in Marrakech, before embarking on a luxurious, swooping journey to Sir Richard Branson’s picturesque hotel perched high in the Atlas Mountains. CHEFCHAOUEN THE BLUE PEARL
Your adventure begins upon landing in Casablanca, where you’ll head north to the famous city of Chefchaouen. Nestled within the azure medina walls, you’ll find your sanctuary at Riad Lina or a similar hotel depending on availability , where you can unwind in the hammam. Tomorrow, you’ll grab your camera and join a private guide to explore the city, capturing its essence from different angles. As you wander through the streets, you’ll notice the shimmering light reflecting off the pristine white and pale blue-washed town, and the majestic arc of the surrounding Rif Mountains. At the local hotspot, Cafe Clock, you’ll enjoy a leisurely lunch. Afterward, guided by your expert, you’ll spend the afternoon delving into the city’s rich cultural and historical heritage at your own pace.
ROMAN RUINS AND THE SPIRITUAL CITY OF FEZ
The following day, the journey proceeds southward to the historic capital of Fez, with a brief stop at the archaeological site of Volubilis, dating back to the 3rd century BC, and the residence of Islam at Moulay Idriss en route. Upon arrival in Fez, the itinerary includes three nights of luxurious accommodation at Riad Fes, one of the country’s most renowned riads. The subsequent day, a private tour of the medina commences, commencing at Boujloud and concluding at The Kairaouine Mosque and University. The tour further traverses the Fondouk Nejjarine, a remarkable museum dedicated to the art of Moroccan woodcarving. In the afternoon, a visit to one of Fez’s oldest pottery villages is scheduled, providing an opportunity to witness the artisans’ craftsmanship in creating exquisite mosaics. Additionally, participants may engage in the pottery-making process, crafting their own unique pieces.

Explore their workshops and witness the creation of fascinating items, such as the buttons used on Jellabahs. Afterward, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a nearby restaurant before returning to Fez. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool, and the following day, embark on an adventure to explore the Sahara Desert!

Journey south to Erg Chebbi, Morocco’s tallest sand dune, where you’ll experience a stunning sunset from your luxurious camp, your overnight retreat. Having worked up an appetite, return to the city in time for an evening street food tour visiting some of our favorite back-alleys and hidden gems of the medina.
